A town that lives up to more than its name. Streets and storefronts are decorated beautifully and township people are full of holiday spirit. They rally together to convince a developer, Maddie (Jennifer Finnigan) to choose their town for a new a ski resort.
Maddie has an obligation to visit the town of Christmas even though she has already made up her mind, the ski resort will not come to Christmas. While traveling there and driving on a snow covered road, her car hits ice and crashes into the township sign; she becomes stranded for a few days. While she’s there, the people of Christmas are determined to make a good impression on her.
With some good old charm, holiday activities and the Warmth of a community, Maddie’s resistance is being softened.
There’s no shortage of romance, a love interest begins between Maddie and the Town’s Sheriff, Gage (Eric Mabius) which grows each day as more holiday warmth begins to infect Maddie by this charm-filled township and Gage’s family.
In the end, Maddie creates a better and unexpected plan for the town of Christmas, one that will enhance their economy but keep that heart-felt charm that we all love in our Hallmark movies.
