For anyone who believes in following their dreams and trusting your instincts (as hard as that might be because we question ourselves too much), this is the movie for you.
Holly, just received her PHD in Astronomy. Her boyfriend would be leaving her alone for Christmas due to a business obligation in New York, not considering how much the holidays mean to Holly. Holly doesn’t like to fly, so without his knowing, she purchases a bus ticket to be with him and to see her family. While on the bus, she meets a real Cowboy, Luke, a Southern gentleman who happens to love the stars and is immediately smitten with Holly.
Towards the end of the movie, Holly makes a true-to-heart statement: “Until Life Gives You Something Right, You Don’t Know How Wrong You’ve Been.” We all can surely relate to that.
Great Move; I’ve watched it several times. Sarah Carter, as Holly, and Damon Runyan, as Luke, do a wonderful job.
